These Terms govern your use of charmsnz.com ("the Site") operated by Charms Education & Immigration ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of services

Charms Education & Immigration provides licensed immigration advisory services for New Zealand under LIA No. 201501330. Our services include eligibility assessment, university shortlisting, application guidance, and visa support.

The information on this Site is for general guidance. Personalised advice is provided only after you engage us through our formal evaluation process.

2. Eligibility for our services

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information.
• We reserve the right to decline service to any applicant whose profile does not match our service scope.

3. Profile evaluation

When you submit the evaluation form, we will:

1. Review your submission within 1 working day.
2. If your profile fits, we will offer a 30-minute strategy & pathway review call.
3. If your profile does not currently fit our service scope, we will tell you so honestly, with reasons.

Submitting the form does not constitute a binding engagement. A binding engagement begins only after you sign a written services agreement with us.

4. No guarantees

We cannot guarantee:

• Admission to any specific university or programme.
• Approval of any visa application by Immigration New Zealand.
• Specific scholarship awards.

Final admission and visa decisions rest with the relevant institution or government authority. We provide guidance, advocacy, and best-effort representation within professional ethical standards.

5. Fees

Specific fees are quoted in a written engagement agreement after profile evaluation. The initial 3-question qualifier and profile evaluation are free.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Site.
• Attempt to access admin or restricted areas.
• Reproduce or republish Site content without permission.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logo, IAA badge) is owned by Charms Education & Immigration or used under licence. The Charms logo and "Charms" wordmark are trademarks of Charms Education & Immigration.

8. Third-party services

Our Site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google reCAPTCHA, and Resend (transactional email). Your use of the Site is subject to those providers' terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Loss of profit, opportunity, or expected savings.
• Decisions made by universities or Immigration New Zealand.

Our total liability for any direct loss arising from a service we provide is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that service.

10. Disputes & complaints

As licensed immigration advisers, we are bound by the Code of Conduct of the Immigration Advisers Authority. If you have a complaint about our service:

• First step: Contact us at info@charms.co.in. We respond within 5 working days.
• If unresolved: You may lodge a complaint with the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) of New Zealand.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for contractual disputes, and the IAA Code of Conduct applies to all immigration advice rendered. We will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably first.

12. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at charmsnz.com/terms.
